You are absolutely not committed to buy anything by registering with Property Prospects UK. When registering with us,
you are not under any obligations to purchase a property.

What happens after I register?
You will be sent a confirmation email containing your username and password which will enable you
to gain access to current deals on the PPUK website.Over the next 2-4 weeks you can expect to receive hot
deal alerts by email and/or SMS, to which you may reply by email or phone to reserve the property of your choice.

How do you achieve these discounts?

How much do you charge for this service?
We charge an acquisition fee for each deal, which may vary, typically 2% (ex. VAT) of the discounted
purchase price, which is to be paid at the point of exchange, but may vary. You will always
be notified of these fees and timescales before you commit to purchasing a property. Professional fees are payable
to a third party and are separate.

How do I purchase a discounted property from PPUK?
Initially we require you to express your interest by email or phone, we will mail you reservation forms for you to
fill in and return together with your reservation fee. Upon receipt of BOTH the forms and fees
your property will be reserved for you. We regret that we are unable to reserve any property, regardless of
circumstance, unless we are in receipt of the above mentioned forms and fee.

Do I have to use your legal and financial team?
We do require you to use our legal and financial team for any deals we present. This is so we can centrally keep tabs on the progress
of any deal, to ensure successful completions. However, in certain circumstances we may agree to you using professional services of your
choice.
